Job Responsibilities

• Evaluating and execution of the company’s benefits and compensation programs (local and regional)
• Participate in job evaluation, establishing salary structures, developing salary budgets, and preparing policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation
• Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
• Create and analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications
• Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks

• Work closely with the business leaders and heads of department to look at executive compensation primarily and to draft out a new total rewards philosophy.
• You will also be engaged in participating in the performance review and hold responsibility over balancing the feedback from a compensation perspective.
• Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure the total rewards framework remains competitive and relevant to market/industry standards.
• As the organization is looking into constant improvement and transformation, there will be active re-designing, evaluation and analysis of jobs types/codes/families.

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualified with at least 3 years of solid C&B Experience in a large organisation
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese as some of our stakeholders are from China.
• Numerate and good with spreadsheets

Job Brief

The Finance Executive (AP) is functionally responsible to support the business day-to-day accounting operations of Accounts Payable. The successful candidate should be able to work under stress and possess high level work competency in a fast-moving environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out Invoice Processing activities to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met
• Ensuring invoices are processed effectively based on Client’s policies and procedures
• Preparation of payment vouchers, cheques, TT payments
• Processing of employees claims and financial statement
• Responsible for the monthly AP closing and reporting
• Preparing of variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and forecasting
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax compliance filing
• Provides ad hoc support on projects or other processes as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all accounting operations including receipts and payments
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Ensuring all revenue entires are accurately documented and accounted for
• Ensure that cash and cheques bank-in tally with the posting reports on a daily basis
• Investigate unidentified credits, disputes and perform reconciliation with customers when required
• Provide credit report on meetings with various business partners, identify high risk accounts and align follow-up
• Perform profiling, risk assessment, review and analysis on delinquent accounts

The Finance Manager should value-add by overseeing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate should possess strong leadership skills to provide guidance to the department. He/She should also be able to advise the General Manager and Stakeholders on critical finance and accounting decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide supervision and guidance to the finance team
• Oversee daily accounts operations to ensure efficient workflow, consistency, timely and accurate processing of financial reports
• Liaising with internal and external auditing entities including income tax auditors
• Works with other stakeholders to develop policies and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of proper internal controls surrounding financial results
• Oversees pricing and associated cost structures of brands and propose to the management team for consideration, e.g. SKU pricing management, etc.
• Coordinate with our Distribution Partners and other business partners to ensure the required documentation is received as per contract stipulations.
• Provide support pertaining to the logistic function by working closely with Regional Supply Chain

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• At least 8 years relevant Finance and Accounting experience within the FMCG/ Retail Industry
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding oral and written communications skills with the ability to develop and present financial strategies and translate these into actionable plans

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Prepare and present audit results and document process
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

• Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor
• Computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
